FEES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Sessions: Individual sessions are for 45 minutes and sessions for couples and families are 60 minutes. Sessions are typically held once a week at my office. Cancellations for ongoing sessions are requested 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged the session fee. Payments are accepted in check or cash.

Hope Kelaher Therapy offers a sliding scale payment option to a limited number of clients who are committed to themselves, ready to improve their lives yet require support to sustain their treatment.
Insurance: At this time, Hope Kelaher Therapy is an out of network provider and will provide a bill for you to submit to your insurance carrier and the information needed for claims. Hope Kelaher Therapy advises patients to contact insurance plans before your first session to ensure that you will be eligible for reimbursement.
