MY PHILOSOPHY

For many, the most difficult part of therapy is making the decision to seek out help for the change you desire. To get the most out of therapy, it is important to recognize that at times the therapeutic experience can feel fulfilling while at the same time challenging. This feeling is typical and is a by-product of the change/growth process.

The second most difficult part of therapy is finding the right therapist. This is a very personal decision. For you and your family to get the most of this experience it is critical that you find someone that is going to listen, understand, and see your challenges from a holistic perspective.
